4-week program
Get to know the integrative caregiving approach and start on a “Great Process” of change. This is the ONLY course of its kind that will give you step-by-step guidance and knowledge with group support and wisdom to redefine your life and start experiencing happiness again. The 4-Week course will give you the tools, inspiration, and unparalleled support to redefine your life in this role as a caregiver. This course gives multiple opportunities for group and individual contemplation as you move out of habit programming from the past into a state of creation.
Evaluation
Before starting the program, I will send an evaluation form to learn more about you and assess where you are in the caregiver journey.
The healing process
This program will help you step out of unpredictability and chaos with time for self-observation and self-reflection to change outdated habits and beliefs and begin the process of re-architecting your life “on the job.” We will also use mindfulness meditation as an anchor technique to feel safe, loved and understand the dynamics of our thoughts (beginners are welcome). You will also recalibrate your body to increase emotional bandwidth for unpredictability and chaos as you practice moving towards a state of integration and balance. This is the beginning of “redefining” you.
