integrative caregiving is a proven process that was developed for family caregivers of people with chronic illnesses and disabilities who feel they have neglected and lost themselves within the role of caregiving. You know who you are. For some time, possibly years, you didn’t even identify with the term β€œcaregiver”, received no preparation or understanding of what this role entailed, and now feel overwhelmed, angry, depressed, exhausted, and burned out. Your self-esteem and self-value may be suffering too. 

Through a process of self-reflection and self-awareness, I help caregivers identify their habits and beliefs and then guide them with science-based knowledge, wisdom and practice on a path of recovery and transformation.
